We open with Lukin holding a bidding war for the cosmic cube, which he ends up keeping, but uses it to coerce all present to sign over all of they're businesses in a merger. Steve talks with Fury about the top secret file he recieved mysteriously, and they both agree the cosmic cube was involved with this. More flashbacks, and we end with the Falcon finding Cap after Cap has gone out to run and vent, and they start talking.
